CANCELLATION POLICY
No fees will be applied for cancellations or reschedules that have given
48-hours or more notice.
Less than 48-hour notice will be charged 50% of previous groom
No shows or day of appointment cancellations will be charged 100% of the previous groom.
Anyone arriving later than 10-minutes for an appointment will, unfortunately, be turned away.

Amber's Dog Grooming will be closed every other weekend and every other Tuesday.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
It is expected that you will arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up. For new clients please arrive 10 minutes early. To help ensure proper pick-up times, I offer a heads up 15-30 minutes before the pup is finished.

Nail appointments will be available twice per month on Tuesdays only. Morning and evening appointments will be available.
APPOINTMENT DURATION
The average grooming appointment lasts 1.5 hours, depending on the pup's comfort level, size and coat condition. Please contact me if you feel your dog's needs are beyond the "average" grooming.

Upon scheduling your first appointment, a Grooming Agreement will be sent to you. Please complete before your appointment.
